Job Title: Merchandise Operations Coordinator

Job Description

The role of a Merchandise Operations Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless merchandise operations across retail and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee merchandise administration, encompassing POs, SKUs, barcoding, pricing, and allocations.
  • Nurture strong supplier relationships while coordinating replenishments and inter-store transfers.
  • Ensure stock accuracy through meticulous stocktakes, variance reporting, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, WIP listings, and forecasting spreadsheets to inform business decisions.
  • Support merchandise planning and manage listings on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay).
  • Collaborate with teams to respond to store requests and communicate stock movement updates effectively.

This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a comparable retail environment, hands-on experience working with Shopify, proficient Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data management, knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems beyond Shopify, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
