
Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our online program.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in operations management and will be highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the setup and configuration of each cohort in our learning management system.
- Coordinate weekly content releases and communications with participants.
- Handle participant enrollment, tagging, survey tracking, and progress reporting.
- Troubleshoot access issues, subscription problems, or payment questions.
- Provide live support during group calls, including admitting participants from the waiting room and handling technical issues.
- Edit and update videos using video editing software.
- Organize and maintain all assets in cloud storage.
- Answer emails and community messages with professionalism and empathy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management.
- Strong experience with learning management systems (LMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
- A high level of organization, with excellent time management skills.
