Technical Support Position

This role involves providing technical assistance to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving, as well as excellent communication skills.

The position requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality support services. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge.
Required Skills:
  • 1-3 years of IT support experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Understanding of PC hardware components and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Windows networking, LAN/WAN, DNS, TCP/IP, and firewalls.
  • Familiarity with remote connectivity issues.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience supporting Macs.
  • Knowledge of routers and firewalls.
  • Skills in troubleshooting, Linux, and web hosting.
