Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
- Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
