This position is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others during times of crisis. As a disaster relief call center representative, you will be working on a temporary basis in response to hurricane disaster relief efforts.

About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and empathetic individuals who can provide exceptional customer service skills to support our clients in their time of need.

  • Answering inbound calls from customers affected by hurricanes and providing assistance with their inquiries.
  • Providing solutions to simple requests and applying the latest customer service techniques to improve the customer experience.
  • Learning and utilizing account management systems to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction to proper channels when necessary.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to be a team player, dedicated to your work, and committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be able to type quickly and accurately, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and be highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
