Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support and corporate communications services. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and communications background with excellent admin capabilities, ensuring internal messaging is clear, professional, and consistent.

This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively, including preparing weekly internal newsletters, supporting the content management of our intranet, organizing and editing content provided by multiple teams, and creating branded templates and digital comms assets.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working with Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, Canva, and SafetyCulture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute bi-weekly internal communications using email marketing tools.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our company's SharePoint intranet portal.
  • Organize, edit, and repurpose content from various internal sources.
  • Create and maintain custom digital communication templates.
  • Manage vehicle records, including service schedules and compliance documents.
  • Upload and categorize company manuals, product information, and manufacturer documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in corporate communications or marketing.
  • Excellent email marketing and newsletter creation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
