Strategic Researcher - Global Fundraising

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Researcher to join our team and support our ambitious global fundraising campaign. As a key member of the team, you will conduct in-depth research on individuals, corporations, and foundations to identify potential partners and donors whose interests align with our sight-saving work.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in prospect research and a proven track record of identifying high-potential donors. You will be responsible for analyzing donor databases, conducting research on individuals and organizations, and preparing detailed profiles to support relationship building and stewardship activities.

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a prospect research role with a non-profit organization or university
  • Knowledge of development and the donor lifecycle
