Job Title:

We are seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to provide high-quality support to our care teams based in our regional office.

About the Role:
  • You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support to our care coordinators.
  • You will assist in scheduling and coordinating services for clients, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • You will escalate clinical or case management issues to the relevant care coordinator.
  • You will contribute to reporting and compliance with service standards.
  • You will liaise with clients, families, service providers, and stakeholders in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and customer service within the aged care sector.
