Regional Delivery Expert

The Regional Delivery Expert is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the successful execution of client implementation and delivery projects within the payments industry across regions. As a member of the Delivery Leadership team, this leader will help define and drive the global delivery strategy.


This role plays a vital part in shaping the organization's approach to regional delivery. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of integration models and delivery methodologies, with a strong focus on project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the regional delivery strategy, aligning with commercial, product, and operational priorities and client needs
  • Support the development of scalable frameworks, playbooks, and tools for delivering complex payment solutions to enterprise merchants
  • Lead and manage a high-performing regional delivery team consisting of delivery managers across different markets
  • Set and monitor KPIs around time-to-live, delivery velocity, customer satisfaction, and internal process adherence
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex delivery issues and ensure alignment across key stakeholders

Requirements:
  • 8+ years in implementation, delivery, or onboarding in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise tech
  • Strong understanding of integration models (API, hosted, hybrid) and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
