Job Responsibilities
This role involves leading HR projects, driving process improvements, and supporting global business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, process improvement, and/or HR consulting.
- Define project scope, schedule, requirements, risks, and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful execution.
- Develop and execute change management strategies, ensuring clear communication and successful adoption.
- Drive project timelines and risk management, ensuring milestones are met and proactively addressing potential roadblocks.
- Monitor project performance by conducting post-project reviews, integrating lessons learned, and continuously improving processes.
- Engage and update stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring alignment.
- Collaborate across global teams, adjusting work schedules as needed to accommodate different time zones.
- Implement process improvements to enhance HR efficiency, delivering user-friendly and innovative solutions.
- Manage project resources, ensuring teams remain engaged, informed, and motivated.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of cultural and regional differences that may impact project execution, tailoring approaches accordingly.
