As a Medical Operations Manager, you will lead a team of virtual assistants to ensure alignment between client expectations and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, planning, and problem-solving for Client-VA pairs to meet client-set targets as a Virtual Medical Manager
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability growth of their businesses and Client-VA pairs
  • Work with clients to enhance business growth using Global Medical services as a Medical Operations Manager
  • Client-VA management and coordination
  • Address client needs with Global Medical services (resolving concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, etc.)
Qualifications and Skills
  • Preferred degree in medical or healthcare-related field
  • At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management experience with operational processes knowledge
  • High English proficiency in both written and oral communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment
  • Self-motivated, focused, organized, and growth-oriented individual
  • Experience in Training and Development (preferred but not required)
  • Capacity to think outside the box and understand requirements to create solutions if necessary
  • Efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite
  • Open to working flexible hours

  • Primary System: Computer with Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor, 8.00 GB RAM, Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura operating system, USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature, camera capable of clear video output
  • Backup System Options:
    • Option 1: Computer with Intel Core i5-5000 (5th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor, 8.00 GB RAM, Windows 10/11 64-bit or macOS Ventura operating system, optional USB-type headset with noise-cancelling feature
    • Option 2: Power Supply - UPS capable of powering workstation for at least 3 hours, typically 240Wh or higher, accepting all plugs required to maintain primary device and work environment
