Job Title: Virtual Medical Manager

A key role in our organization is that of a Virtual Medical Manager. This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the success of virtual assistants and their clients.

This position involves managing and leading a team of virtual assistants to meet client expectations and targets, collaborating with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability, helping clients grow their businesses by leveraging Global Medical's services, managing medical client-VA pairs to achieve desired outcomes, mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, and facilitating high-level escalations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is highly desirable.
  • At least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management, including familiarity with operational processes, is necessary.
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral) is required.
  • The ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals in a team environment is essential.
  • A self-starter with a growth mindset, focused, organized, and motivated is preferred.
  • One year of training and development experience is highly desirable but not required.
  • Capacity to think outside the box and create solutions when necessary is necessary.
  • Efficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite is required.
