We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Solution Deployment Expert to join our team at Cobden & Carter International. This role is responsible for the successful implementation, training, and handover of our DMS and VAS solutions to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a positive learning environment for customers through effective leadership and conduct.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver project goals and motivate trainees.
- Conduct pre-live and post-live training sessions to ensure users can perform job functions efficiently.
- Ensure all standard training processes are followed and training materials are up-to-date.
- Attend and conduct Pre-Installation meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Configure software as per customer specifications and obtain sign-off.
- Coordinate data and sample collection from customers within given timeframes.
- Ensure quality deployment of projects and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
- Document customer requirements and sign-offs properly.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and evaluate project progress proactively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive business processes and in-depth knowledge of one or more DMS applications. A background in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
Key qualifications include:
- Rural, interstate, and overseas travel to customers and offices, where required.
- Sporadic late night and weekend work, where required.
- Ability to facilitate internal/external trainings, where required.
This is a full-time position with a hybrid setup, 9AM-6PM, located in Makati. The estimated salary for this role is PHP 450,000 - PHP 550,000 per annum, depending on experience.
