Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Operations Manager to lead our team of mechanics and detailing professionals at Anytime Cleaners Corp.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned automotive expert to take charge of our repair shop operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of mechanics and detailing professionals, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
  • Task Delegation: Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient workflow and optimal use of resources.
  • Advanced Repairs: Perform advanced mechanical repairs and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles.
  • Team Support: Oversee and assist the team in resolving complex mechanical issues.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of completed repairs to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
  • Training and Development: Address any deficiencies and provide additional training as needed. Train new team members on advanced repair techniques, diagnostic procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the inventory of automotive parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Purchasing Coordination: Coordinate with the purchasing department to order parts and supplies as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Interact with customers to discuss vehicle issues, explain repair procedures, and address concerns.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of tools and equipment used in the repair shop. Generate reports on repair activities, including productivity, quality metrics, and team performance.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
  • Policy Implementation: Implement company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Supplier Management: Identify and address operational issues promptly and effectively. Check and monitor supplier's prices and quotations.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Representation: Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and public forums.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or supervisory position in the automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in automotive repair and diagnostics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
