Client Engagement Specialist

The role of a Client Engagement Specialist is pivotal in shaping the future of virtual assistance services. As a lead, you will be responsible for leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing high-performing teams of virtual assistants, driving innovation through hands-on testing of proprietary software, building lasting partnerships with clients across global markets, and creating pathways for assistant growth and development.

  • Guide new clients and assistants through smooth onboarding experiences to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Handle support matters with a solutions-first approach to deliver exceptional service.
  • Turn client feedback into actionable improvements to drive continuous growth.
  • Coach assistants to deliver outstanding services that meet client expectations.
  • Create personalized growth plans for team members to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
  • Track and celebrate performance wins to motivate teams towards excellence.
  • Turn challenges into learning opportunities to promote professional development.
  • Test-drive new features in our proprietary software to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide strategic feedback for product enhancement to drive innovation.
  • Develop and optimize standard operating procedures to streamline processes.
  • Pioneer new ways of delivering value to clients to stay ahead of the curve.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 1-2 years of leadership experience in BPO/customer service environment.
  • 1-2 years of client-facing account management experience.
  • Proven track record in team development and coaching.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in performance management and metrics tracking.
  • Background in virtual team management (preferred).
