
Remote Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Support Professional to provide exceptional support to our senior leadership in a remote work environment.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be tech-savvy, and thrive in a dynamic technology company setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft responses on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute documents, presentations, and reports using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Conduct research and provide concise summaries to assist the CEO in strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed notes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely retrieval of information.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Background in supporting C-level executives is preferred.
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) with the ability to draft professional emails and documents.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and software as required.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or similar) is preferred.
- Experience working with a remote team and across time zones is also preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
