Job Title: Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to support our Environmental Monitoring team in day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilise Podio.com, a web-based platform to organise and connect projects, CRM, and processes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals using GSuite platforms.
  • Manage leads, contacts, and projects.
  • Update existing fields and tag entries.
  • Import/export data.
  • Assign tasks with deadlines, priorities, and reminders.
  • Notify team members of overdue items.
  • Generate project reports.
  • Maintain shared documents and digital filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or administrative role.
  • Support for remote teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency with office software.
  • Data entry and database management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
