
Virtual Assistant Partnership Manager

This role is a perfect fit for experienced Virtual Assistants who are passionate about coordinating success for both clients and virtual assistants.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients, with a strong ability to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting professional relationships.
They will also have excellent English communication skills, a success-oriented mindset, and the ability to think creatively to find win-win solutions.
The Client Success Lead and Virtual Assistant Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating success strategies for both clients and virtual assistants, leading direct video interactions with international clients, coaching and developing virtual assistants, and bridging communication between clients and VAs to prevent misunderstandings.
The goal of this role is to create pathways for both client expansion and assistant career development, while ensuring that both clients and VAs feel heard, valued, and successful in their partnerships.
About the JobThe Client Success Lead and Virtual Assistant Coordinator will work closely with the Operations Team to ensure that all clients and VAs receive exceptional support and guidance.
They will be responsible for monitoring client satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate, and identifying opportunities for clients to expand their VA services and grow their business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Client Success Lead and Virtual Assistant Coordinator will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of 5-8 virtual assistants, providing feedback and training to help them exceed client expectations, and tracking VA performance metrics and celebrating achievements.
The goal of this role is to create a seamless and efficient process for clients and VAs, while ensuring that both parties feel supported and valued throughout the partnership.

- Proven EA/VA Experience - Demonstrated experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients (US/AU preferred)
- Client Success Experience - Proven ability to ensure client satisfaction and build lasting professional relationships
- Excellent English Communication - Professional-level written and verbal English for executive interactions
- Success-Oriented Mindset - Understanding of what drives both client satisfaction and employee success
