Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and ecommerce support tasks with efficiency and reliability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support and order processing, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
  • Coordinate email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp, tailoring content to engage customers.
  • Develop engaging social media posts and respond promptly to basic inquiries, showcasing product expertise.
  • Oversee product reviews and feedback management using Yotpo, leveraging insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Update and manage products using Magento, streamlining operations and driving sales growth.
  • Perform general virtual assistant tasks such as report generation, document formatting, and data entry with precision and speed.
Requirements:
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability are essential.
  • Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial.
  • Initiative: A proactive approach to completing tasks and embracing challenges is vital.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce support experience is required.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is advantageous (training provided if needed).
