Job Overview

This position entails a skilled accounting professional to work collaboratively with our team at MicroSourcing.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and experience with financial software such as Airbase and NetSuite.

We are seeking an individual who can operate independently and be accountable for reviewing, coding, and processing vendor invoices in a timely manner.

  • Review, code, and process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and reconcile AP Aging reports for month-end close process.
  • Maintain accurate vendor accounts and documentation.
  • Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Prepare and issue Form 1099 at year-end.
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax filings.
