Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Training Specialist, who will play a pivotal part in the delivery and management of our distribution training programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in training design, development, and implementation, as well as a proven track record in program evaluation and assessment.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering onboarding programs that cater to the needs of our distribution partners. They will also develop and implement follow-up capability development programs for new leaders within our organization.

  • In addition to their technical expertise, the Training Specialist will possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • The Training Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop solutions that align with business objectives. They will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and effective delivery of training programs, workshops, and development initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A university degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a related field such as life insurance.

  • Strong knowledge of training design principles, instructional methods, and adult learning theory.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
