Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Trainer II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with the ability to analyze and implement classroom training programs that meet client needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, resulting in reduced costs, improved performance, and increased revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a department of well-trained professionals who continuously improve themselves and the organization.
  • Driving initiatives to improve the quality of training provided across all departments by evaluating and improving internal processes.
  • Evaluating consistency and accuracy among trainers through observation and analysis of class evaluations.
  • Cultivating a close working relationship with Training Managers, Training Department personnel, Operations, and other managers, supervisors, and consultants.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lead a team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
  • Ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees.
