About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join our team at Horizon Auto Services Inc.' in Alabang Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs to our sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess the training needs of the sales team and design tailored learning programs to address skill gaps
  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions covering sales methodologies, product knowledge, customer service and other relevant topics
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales team members to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to help salespeople enhance their skills and achieve their targets
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to align training initiatives with business objectives
  • Maintain training records and generate reports to track the progress and effectiveness of training programs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a sales trainer or in a similar training/coaching role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Demonstrated experience in both automotive sales and training functions is essential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and product training
  • Proficiency in developing and delivering training programs, including the use of various training methods and tools
  • Ability to analyse training needs, design effective learning solutions, and measure the impact of training
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and address training challenges
