Job Description:
- Develop and lead training programs for USRN trainers.
- Supervise and manage a team of USRN trainers.
- Oversee utilization management processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- USRN Mainland
- PHRN
- Trainer/TL – 2 years of training experience through any industry
- Supervisor – Non-healthcare BPO experience is accepted; At least 2 years relevant experience
- Manager – Experience managing remote teams; At least 2 years of BPO Healthcare experience in a leadership role
