Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong communication skills to contact clients via telephone or email to discuss outstanding debt issues;
  • Review and analyze financial data to make informed decisions on next course of action;
  • Record accurate records of client communications to ensure transparency and accountability;
  • Investigate and resolve occurrences of unallocated cash to maintain optimal cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in business-to-business Billing and Collections / Credit Control environment;
  • Strong knowledge of aging and bad debts reports, including ability to interpret and analyze financial data;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate and communicate professionally with clients and colleagues;
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet ever-changing deadlines and stretching targets.
