The
Risk Specialist (Business Continuity Management)
shall assist the Associate Director for BCM in ensuring business recovery, restoration and resumption plans and processes are in place to allow the organization to quickly respond to any business interruption throughout the company, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, in support of the Business Continuity Management System. He/She shall provide support in organization's response to any actual disaster recovery event or other events that trigger incident, disruption, and Crisis Management processes.

The Risk Specialist for BCM shall:

  • Represent RMG/ BCM Team in internal committees and meetings whenever assigned.
  • Participate in hospital functions and activities assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Perform other tasks assigned relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Graduate of any four-year course.
  • At least two (2) years' experience with the overall Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
  • Background on Information Technology concepts and hands-on experience in IT is preferred.
  • With in depth understanding of BCMS framework and BCP creation, execution and management.
  • Experience implementing and handling actual disruptions, incidents, and crisis.
  • Knowledge and understanding of business continuity management and related standards (e.g., ISO 22301, ISO 27031, Disaster Recovery Institute (DRI) Professional Practices and Business Continuity Institute (BCI) Good Practice Guidelines)
