Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are an early-stage startup looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in establishing partnerships, negotiating deals, and driving the success of our affiliate program.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a BA/BS in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, and at least 1 year of affiliate marketing experience preferably in B2B SaaS. You should also possess strong analytical skills and be able to make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and reach out to potential affiliate partners who align with our brand and target audience.
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups.
  3. Manage the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program, including tracking activities and optimizing performance.
  4. Cultivate relationships with key strategic partners and large affiliates to drive growth and revenue.
  5. Expand our affiliate network by engaging and negotiating deals with smaller partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and achieving substantial growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
