Job Title: Family Empowerment Associate

At Abby Care, we're looking for passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team. This role is not your typical sales or customer success position.

The primary goal of this position is to empower underserved families to access care. You'll be working with real families and their human problems, guiding them through the healthcare and training maze.

  • You'll own and drive the family empowerment function by managing the family training pipeline, helping families reach their potential, and supporting best-in-class clinical training to care for others.
  • Uplift our families by being their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows. Guide them through complex situations and provide support when needed.
  • Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams across Abby Care to advance our mission. Be a critical voice for collaboration.
  • Build a thriving community by coordinating meet-ups, introducing families to each other, and organizing events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.

Key qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience, and experience in business analytics and performance measurement.
