Job Overview

We seek exceptional professionals to join our field teams as Solution Architects, responsible for guiding customers in harnessing the value of our cutting-edge data platform.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide technical expertise, ensuring customer success.

The ideal individual will possess a broad range of skills and experience encompassing data architecture, ETL/ELT, data science, security, performance analysis, analytics, and more. They will have the ability to connect a customer's specific business challenges to our solution, effectively communicate this connection and vision to diverse technical and executive audiences, and possess the technical acumen to build demos, execute proof-of-concepts, and provide consultative assistance on architecture and implementation.

  • Presents technology and vision to executives and technical stakeholders at prospects and customers.
  • Works closely with prospects and customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of our technology throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors, positioning our solution accordingly.
  • Collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously enhance our products and marketing efforts.
  • Serves as an advocate and develops mutual trust with the technical audience on the customer side.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales engineering role, strong competency in modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science, and data applications, excellent presenting skills for both technical and executive audiences, and hands-on expertise with SQL.
