Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to fill the role of Financial Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring accurate books and smooth administrative processes.

This key position in our financial operations involves managing all QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions, including reconciliations, invoicing, transaction categorization, expense tracking, and accounts receivable follow-ups when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop expertise and be confident and efficient without requiring training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all QuickBooks Desktop accounting functions
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow payment terms
  • Provide administrative support
  • Handle bill payments and ensure timely processing
  • Occasional support for order processing or product research

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years
  • Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks
  • Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service
