Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to play a critical role in maintaining accurate, structured and actionable financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and reconcile monthly royalty reports across 7+ markets summarizing net sales, collected payments and royalty obligations.
  • Consolidate state-specific income statements from QuickBooks into a master P&L tracker segmented by class (market/channel).
  • Review 3PL invoices breaking down shipping and fulfillment costs for appropriate categorization ensuring margin accuracy and reducing bookkeeping errors.
  • Maintain trackers for accounts receivable, COGs updates and royalty payments.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a financial or accounting operations role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Google Sheets/Excel navigating multi-tab financial models.
  • Proven ability to clean, map and categorize financial data for use in monthly reporting and decision-making.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Data analysis skills.
