Job Title: Financial Operations Manager

The Financial Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is responsible for supervising junior accounting staff, preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.

  • Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
  • Monitor and maintain general ledger accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • CPA license is an advantage.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
