Financial Operations Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Professional to support our team's growth. If you have experience in bookkeeping and billing, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy wearing multiple hats across financial operations, this role may be for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and journal entries
  • Process invoices, refunds, and credits, and assist with collections
  • Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
  • Investigate and resolve finance-related support issues
  • Support ad-hoc financial operations tasks and data entry
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in financial operations, accounting, or bookkeeping
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Highly organized and dependable with solid time management
  • Proactive problem-solver who can work independently without frequent escalation
  • Comfortable working with communication tools like Slack and Gmail
  • Must have worked on a graveyard shift (9 PM–6 AM Manila time) in the last 6 months
  • Ability to work full-time during any US time zone (EST/CST preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting tools
  • Familiarity with billing platforms (Chargebee, Stripe, Recurly, etc.)
  • Background in startups, SMEs, freelancing, or remote admin work
  • CPA certification (preferred but not required)
