
Business Development Store Relations Expert

Key Responsibilities
The Key Store Relationship Manager plays a vital role in driving business success by establishing and maintaining strong connections with key store personnel, evaluating and improving training and development programs, and implementing national in-store merchandising strategies based on standard guidelines and workflows.
Coaching and Mentoring
Coach and mentor Agency Supervisors and Coordinators in building robust relationships with key store personnel, agency screening, training, and development. Identify and provide personalized training and development programs for Key Agency Personnel (AC Supervisors and Area Coordinators) through field coaching and one-on-one meetings via the Kamustahan Program.
Evaluate training and development programs of Key Agency Personnel to ensure they are meeting their full potential.
Building Strong Store Relationships
Strengthen relationships with key store personnel through regular visits in GMA direct accounts and modern trade accounts within the assigned territory. Attend monthly customized tabletop reviews with key branches to determine appropriate merchandiser count and man-hours to maximize productivity.
Merchandising
Implement national in-store merchandising based on standard guidelines and workflows. Manage regular and special point-of-purchase displays, including shelf talkers, headers, wobblers, mass displays, product highlights, special displays, decals, MS Displayer, and special containers.
Systems and Process Improvements
Suggest operational improvements in availability, visibility, merchandising, promotion execution, and bad order management. Create standard business continuity plans for ACs at the store level to ensure productivity during store visits.
Administrative
Maintain accurate record-keeping systems and complete routine reports. Ensure timely submission of required reports by Partner Agencies. Manage the accomplishment, consolidation, and encoding of AC and BTL incentives.
Requirements
- Strong passion for learning and career growth, with relevant experience and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Basic marketing and computational skills.
- Knowledge of Cost Benefit Analysis and Basic Marketing Research techniques.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and be assigned anywhere, including Laguna.
