About the role

Best Reliable Resources is seeking a talented and driven Store Manager to join our team in our Bonifacio Global City Taguig City Metro Manila location. As a full-time Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic leadership role within our organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall operations of the retail store, including staffing, inventory management, and cash handling

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and meet/exceed targets

  • Oversee the training and development of store staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

  • Analyse store performance data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

  • Ensure the store adheres to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the consumer products industry

  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive decision-making

  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
