Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical professional to join our team as a Business Finance Analyst. This individual will play a critical role in evaluating and analyzing business operations, identifying gaps and areas for improvement, and providing insights to support operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and track performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to inform business decisions.
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis on projects, tools, and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Partner with leadership and teams to design and implement process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of business decisions.
- Research industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Finance Analyst, or a related role.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve business processes, with experience identifying operational inefficiencies.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Tech-savvy with experience in SaaS or health-tech industries preferred.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
This is a full-time remote position available during standard US business hours.
