Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and oversight to the HR team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Oversee daily HR operations and allocate tasks based on team members' strengths and workload.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Forecast workforce requirements and implement plans to address talent gaps.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in EMEA HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
