Seeking a skilled Quality Assurance and Control professional to provide technical assistance and ensure project site safety.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with approved designs and standards on assigned projects.
  • Manage construction projects, prepare cost estimates, implement quality assurance, and enforce safety standards.
  • Guide workers, liaise with vendors, and inspect materials.
  • Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement.
  • Validate quantity, condition, and approval of materials prior to government issuing invoice payments.
  • Attend selected tests and review applicable test reports and results.
  • Keep stakeholders advised on project status under administrative and technical control.
  • Perform additional responsibilities associated with this position as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Engineering Technology.
  • Licensed Engineer or Architect.
  • Experience handling road, large slab, pavement concrete projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, QC Manager, Construction Manager, or Inspector.
  • At least two years of experience as a Superintendent.
  • Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 requirements and experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license; willingness to travel to different project sites.
