Job Summary:

The Site Electrical Engineer is responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant regulations. The role involves close coordination with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site electrical installations and ensure they align with approved drawings and technical specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
  • Assist in the preparation of work schedules and monitor project progress against timelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Prepare reports, site logs, and documentation related to electrical work.
  • Participate in testing and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Ensure implementation of health and safety protocols on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer
  • Proven experience in site-based electrical engineering roles
  • Solid knowledge of electrical design, systems, and construction practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical plans, drawings, and schematics.
  • Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to Php50,000.00 per month
