Job Title: Rebar Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join our team as a Site Civil Engineer. The role involves supervising daily civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans and safety standards, and coordinating with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure project execution is in line with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with counterparts on project progress, deadlines, and costs.
• Prepare accomplishment billings, progress reports, and other documentation.
• Provide technical support in rebar works, formworks, concreting, and heavy equipment operations.
• Assist in planning, logistics, and project execution strategies.
• Prepare working drawings, claims, variation orders, and "As-Built" reports.
• Support the Project Manager in site administration, procurement, and finance.
• Ensure quality control and proper testing of civil works.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in construction project supervision/management.
• Strong knowledge of civil works, standards, and site operations.
• Proficient in project planning, reporting, and cost monitoring.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and adapt to project demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Civil Engineering: 1 year (Required)
