- Manage member intake and admission/discharge information, coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and facilities as needed.">
- Process incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations, maintaining census roles and providing care coordination notification for non-clinical assessment/intervention.">
- Handle member/provider inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.">
- 1+ years of customer service experience with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.">
- Able to type and talk simultaneously while navigating multiple screens.">
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is essential.">
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
