What You'll Do

Serve as the main point of contact for US-based healthcare providers and clinics

Respond to inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy

Complete healthcare-related administrative tasks based on client-specific protocols

Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless service and workflow efficiency
What We're Looking For

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

1–5 years of BPO experience (customer service or technical support preferred)

Background in healthcare support is a plus

Ability to work flexible hours based on US time zones
