Job Title: Logistics Operations Manager

The role of a Logistics Operations Manager is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a team responsible for managing the flow of goods, products, or services. This involves ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing logistics strategies and plans\
  • Overseeing the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment\
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations\
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues and bottlenecks\
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and productivity\
  • Leading and motivating a team to achieve operational goals\
  • Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field\
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or related operations\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)\
  • Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License with driving ability\
  • Willingness to travel and work beyond regular hours as needed\\/ul">
