Job Title:

Leadership Role for Operations Management

The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, supervise a team of call center associates, and ensure performance metrics are met through coaching and motivation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily activities of the team, monitor work and attendance, and maintain organization policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance to achieve minimum weekly performance metrics.
  • Identify performance issues, develop action plans for improvement, implement corrective actions up to termination if necessary.
  • Evaluate service delivery against contractual KPIs and financial expectations.
  • Communicate expectations to employees, provide timely updates, and handle escalated customer calls as needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to expedite information exchange and facilitate input.
  • Maintain knowledge of internal processes, policies, and procedures by attending required training sessions.
  • Promote Concentrix values through behavior and attitude.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field with 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to lead teams in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Able to mentor, coach, and provide direction to team members.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
