
Senior Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to help our growth partner agency find and engage with forward-thinking, mission-driven brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining internal operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring projects move smoothly across multiple sectors, including Healthtech, Fintech, HR tech, Climatech, and others.
This is a part-time opportunity, approximately 10-20 hours per week, with potential to scale up to full time. We offer flexible working hours, allowing you to work in the UK or have early US overlap. As a remote worker, you can live and work from anywhere, including PH & SA-based locations.
This is an independent contractor position, ideal for those who value flexibility and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and optimize workflows in Monday.com (and possibly ClickUp)
- Create automations and integrations to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on priorities and deliverables
- Evaluate and improve processes and workflows based on feedback
- Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience in an agency or client-side setting
- Detailed knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards)
- Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations
- Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proactive communicator able to take ownership with minimal oversight

- Client-facing experience: relationship building, strategy, upselling/cross-selling is desired
