Business Growth Specialist

The VITO Group is seeking a highly experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team as Project Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including developers and architects
- Utilize technical expertise to communicate complex product information to project management teams
- Collaborate with distributors to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Deliver high-impact presentations to engage audiences and drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is an asset
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience in building materials, sanitary wares and/or kitchen and bath fixtures
- Proven track record of success in project sales
- Strong networking skills and experience working with developers, architects and design firms
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
