Job Title:

Multichannel Operations Coordinator


Filta is a company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Multichannel Operations Coordinator to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for streamlining stock management, strengthening supplier relationships, and ensuring smooth retail and ecommerce operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage merchandise administration, including Purchase Orders, Stock Keeping Units, barcoding, pricing, and allocations
  • Build and nurture strong supplier relationships while coordinating replenishments and inter-store transfers
  • Ensure stock accuracy through stocktakes, variance reporting, and adjustments
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, Work In Progress listings, and forecasting spreadsheets
  • Support merchandise planning and, where applicable, manage listings on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a comparable retail business (across both stores and ecommerce)
  • Hands-on experience working with Shopify
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data management
  • Knowledge of retail point-of-sale systems (beyond Shopify)
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
