Online E-commerce Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Online E-commerce Coordinator to collaborate with our team at Cloudstaff. This role offers creativity, career growth, and a vibrant office environment.

This is a remote opportunity with flexible working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience.
  • Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify, including descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, tags, and metafields.
  • Coordinate new product launches and ensure accurate publication.
  • Update content blocks and banners on the Homepage, landing pages, and other required areas.
  • Support email campaigns and work with Marketing teams to stay informed about trading calendar plans and strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations (e.g., product review tools, metafields, upsell apps).
