About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive e-commerce marketing professional to support our client's marketing efforts. This role involves product management, email campaign execution, and digital content creation.

  • This position requires strong technical skills in Shopify and experience with Klaviyo for email campaigns.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple product variations and ensure formatting consistency.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters
  2. Incorporating graphics using Canva templates and Adobe Photoshop
  3. Ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency
  4. Tracking metrics and providing feedback for ongoing optimization
  5. Uploading new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes)
  6. Writing/editing SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles
  7. Maintaining page formatting and consistency across products
  8. SUPPORTING collection cleanup, blog post edits, and merchandising updates
  9. Edit product and marketing images in Adobe Photoshop
  10. Repurposing Canva assets into custom email graphics or product visuals
  11. Assisting with basic photo editing for new inventory as needed
  12. Maintaining visual consistency following brand guidelines
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience building, editing, and scheduling email newsletters using Klaviyo (or similar tools)
  • Strong experience with Shopify: product uploads, product page creation, SEO-optimized descriptions
  • Skilled in using Canva templates and adapting them in Adobe Photoshop
  • Familiarity with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent
  • Experience using Asana (or other PM tools) to manage daily tasks
  • Prior DTC e-commerce or CPG brand experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong reporting and communication skills
