Job Title: Loan Processor

Job Description:
  • The Loan Processor verifies the completeness of loan applications and supporting documents, ensuring adherence to Know-Your-Client (KYC) guidelines.
  • They identify potential risks and escalate decisions to higher authorities as necessary.
  • The Loan Processor compiles and encodes loan details, including approved amounts, reasons for approval or disapproval, and disbursement types.
  • They receive and organize loan checks and vouchers for processing.
  • The Loan Processor prepares and prints loan contracts, payment schedules, and disclosure statements.
  • Upon confirmation of client identity, they explain contract terms and facilitate document signing.
  • The Loan Processor ensures clients sign all loan documents before disbursement.
  • Additional responsibilities may include preparing check vouchers for agent commissions, preparing thank-you letters, and endorsing loan documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Strong information gathering and monitoring skills.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures, including filing and record-keeping.
